Bristol Bee Honey

This little family has a passion for honey.  They started out with one hive that they used for their own consumption and have continued to grow over the past years.  Tasha and Caleb Beardsley have always been interested in how they can do things better and how they can make small changes that will have a big impact on the quality of their products.

Raw, pure, local is the method they use to produce delicious aromatic and infused honey, beeswax food wraps and bags, and soothing balms.

Products can be purchased individually or packaged seasonally in lovely gift sets.

You can find Bristol Bee Honey online at bristolbeehoney.ca, on Facebook and at local craft fairs.

Shauna McKenna

Shauna McKenna has over 60 sheep.  That’s a lot of sheep and a lot of wool. The wool from this farm is used to make very unique art.

Shauna has combined her love of sheep, she has been rasing them for over 15 years, and her love of needle crafts, she also knits and quilts, to start needle felting.  Needle felting is a process that uses a special needle to sculpt washed and dyed wool into small shapes or sculptures.

Using this method, Shauna makes felted cup cakes, buildings, nature scenes and, of course, sheep.  After sending one of her cards to a dear friend in Montreal, she was advised to start selling her creations for others to enjoy.

You can find Shauna at seasonal local craft fairs or on Facebook.
